superb experience near the park

elegant roomattentive servicecheap toilet paper
the room was elegant and stylish the bed offered great comfort i found the service really good after thirty minutes the front desk called to ensure i had settled in turndown service prepared the bed while drawing curtains and placing water bottles i felt cared for and would certainly return.
the toilet paper felt cheap similar to what is used in schools in-room coffee could also be improved with higher quality options i think a five-star hotel should not compromise on such details.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Kensington Gardens was just around the corner, very practical. I found a bus stop directly in front of the building (this was useful).
The air conditioning was not very responsive to adjustments. It remained somewhat warm.

I was a bit let down by the noise. the room wasn't properly soundproofed. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. it disrupted my sleep each night. also, the air conditioning wasn't working well enough. the room got too warm, and it was hard to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.
