superb experience near the park
elegant room attentive service
the room was elegant and stylish the bed offered great comfort i found the service really good after thirty minutes the front desk called to ensure i had settled in turndown service prepared the bed while drawing curtains and placing water bottles i felt cared for and would certainly return.
the toilet paper felt cheap similar to what is used in schools in-room coffee could also be improved with higher quality options i think a five-star hotel should not compromise on such details.

my room offered fabulous views over the park also the linens were high quality i stayed in a garden delux room the space was perfect and comfortable the views enhanced my stay.

the location is next to kensington palace with a bus stop and tube station nearby restaurant origin is downstairs additionally good restaurants are close many essential shopping options are within easy reach.

wide variety bus stop garden corner
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Kensington Gardens was just around the corner, very practical. I found a bus stop directly in front of the building (this was useful).
The air conditioning was not very responsive to adjustments. It remained somewhat warm.

poor soundproofing insufficient a c
I was a bit let down by the noise. the room wasn't properly soundproofed. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. it disrupted my sleep each night. also, the air conditioning wasn't working well enough. the room got too warm, and it was hard to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level.

the location provides easy access to kensington gardens (i loved my morning walks!). the room featured modern amenities. breakfast options presented excellent variety.
